Greer Community Ministries

GCM is a faith based organization with the philosophy that, “no elderly, home bound or disadvantaged person in the Greater Greer area will go hungry.” In 2016, Meals on Wheels delivered over 89,000 hot and freshly prepared meals in the Greer area. Also, over 8,300 clients were assisted through the Food Pantry and Sharon’s Clothing Closet. An average of 30 Senior Diners were brought to the ministry on week days to fellowship with others while participating in inspirational programs and learning about safety and fitness. They were also served a warm, nutritious meal.
